test: automate end-to-end testing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Enable automated triggering of zarp run on defined set of input data. Include analysis script that aggregates all the results.

• Jobstats
• sample metadata (read depth, read length, organism, read orientation, single/paired, adapters, stranded/unstranded)
• annotation metadata
• run configuration
  Does not need to be a table with specific format just make sure we can automatically gather this info and be able to access it at a later point

• multiple tests
• have a runner
• statistics on the run with separate scripts
