If the feature request is for a plugin or theme, specify it here.

Nix, Home-manager

If the feature solves a problem you have, specify it here.

Nix(the cli tool), helps manage all the dotfile config for an environment using a declarative config file written using nix(the programming language), to fetch packages present in nixpkgs. Currently zap is not present in the nixpkgs repository, which leads to having 2 ways to manage zsh alone

Describe the proposed feature.

Build zap for nixpkgs so it can be used with the rest of nix ecosystem.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Would love to see that!

It sounds good, unfortunately I have absolute no idea of how to create a nixpkg and, at the moment, I have no time to study Nix.

There is anyone that can try implement this?

Thanks, I have been occupied but maybe I can take this up since I have some context around both nix and zap. You can assign it to me.
