Direct download links not working

Hi, I tried using the direct download links to get the dataset but they weren't working. Am I the only one facing this problem?

click on the gz data files, you can find the 'download' tab on the rhs

I also had the same problem, that the direct click does not work for me. I have to right click and copy paste the address to another page. I think that has sth to do with security reason for downloading through chrome, cuz when I copy paste the address it gave me the warning notice of unsafe documents. I guess that;s why the direct click downloading is blocked.
