.Rmd for powerpoint as alternate output?

Hello, great app! For training purposes, the ability to output a deck of powerpoint slides with each of the questions, choices, skip logic and optional additional annotations would be very useful!

Thats great idea - I will try to see how to do this; i don't think it should be too hard, but my first priority, right now, is a big list of updates (detailed on the odk forum), but I'm a little behind schedule. The current version was an emergency/rushed push, but has some bugs still.

Will be pushing an update by next week! And then will get to work on figuring out the PPT output.

Actually, will try my best to add the PPT option along with this update (but don't bank on it, if you need this for work, immediately!)
