[yugabyted] PodDistruptionBudget error in the yugabyte helm chart

Description

I am using the yugabytedb helm chart for an installation. I am getting the below error.

     Applying YAML to cluster

Build Failed: kubernetes apply: error mapping policy/PodDisruptionBudget: no matches for kind "PodDisruptionBudget" in version "policy/v1beta1"

If you want to reproduce the issue, you can checkout https://github.com/psankar/go-yuga-dist and do a "tilt up" on the top-level directory. You should be able to see the error in the tilt UI.
