Support excel formats

Hello!

We are looking to add support for xls/xlsx formats in YTsaurus by implementing parser/writer functionality within the formats directory. This implementation requires a C++ excel library, but we couldn't find any relevant libraries in the contrib directory. Therefore, there are two options: we can add a new library ourselves or ask you to export an existing excel library from internal VCS.

We would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on the best approach to proceed with this enhancement.
