I requested to implement the 'Video Quality', if possible. See, any Video the Video Quality only considered and rest just additional information, such as '480p', '720p' or '1080p'. For that we don't have any. Since, I am comfortable only in PowerShell than Python, I wrote the same and requested to modify the same the your convenience, as, you are much more Professional, than me and you do much better code than me. To me, whatever ###the code I did is a skeleton### and you can fashion it in a much better way. That's all.

I can read this, but this does not really make much sense to me. Are you trying to use a custom formula to calculate some kind of subjective "Video Quality Score"?

Are you referring to mail on 19 Oct 2021? It's an appreciation and a feature request combined together.
Further you wrote that, I'm trying to use a custom formula, for "Video Quality Score"? It is NOT!
(A lengthy discussion is needed to understand. Please ... with us ![:)]. )
Whenever we talk about a video it's Quality, "Video Quality" is referred, even though we made with 5.1 surround sound or 7.1 or 22.2 channel sound.
Earlier, we saw, video quality as 360i (i for interlaced); later on we had 360p (p for Progressive, which is much better video quality), 720p and now we have 4K, 2160p and 8K, 4320p. Video depth also improved a lot, from 255 colour, then 65k colour and then 16 bit colour and now is 32 bit colour and still improving. So, video Quality not a new one.
In YouTube, we can see the same in "Quality" in Settings. But, we do not consider as a measure of Quality, where as the Audio Quality is referred and addressed. I am making a note of it.
720p and above are referred as HD quality and aspect ratio became 16:9 (1:0.5625). Earlier, they were 4:3 (1:0.75). The same I followed in my '.ps1' script.

@nyuszika7h: Greetings! Even though, the video is 1920x1078, we still refer as '1080p', as per HD aspect ratio of 0.5625. (1920 x 0.5625 = 1080)

Now, some more suggestions: (Take them or leave them. I do manually doing the same for months/years.)

1. You are using the option, '-k' to keeping from deletion, globally. Instead, you can use '-kp' for keeping the the pictures, '-km' for keeping the Media(Audio & Video), '-kv' for keeping video and '-ka' for keeping audio from deletion; i.e., global to individual.
2. <OOPS!> I forgot the rest. Sorry!
