Publishing workfile incremental is not adding autor

Description

Current Behavior

Once workfile version is incremented by Publisher after the successful publishing, new workfile is not having available Author in Workfile tools

Expected Behavior

Author should be assigned by the publishing workfile incrementation.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. publish tvp and make sure it is successful publishing of any of available products.
2. Notice that your workfile version was incremented
3. open Workfiel tool and notice that Author is not available at those publishing incrementations

This night be actually related to ayon-core rather then to ayon-tvp. I have just noticed that it is also happening in AfterEffects

This is not specific to TVPaint but happens in all integrations as far as I know. It's the same in Maya, Fusion and Houdini at least. And, yes please!
