OpenClip loader does not respect order of versions #90

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description
Current Behavior
If you bring in versions of a publish out of sequence (for example 2,3,1), flame will display them in a completely random order.
Expected Behavior
Regardless of the order in which the versions are loaded, flame should respect ordering them by version number
