Please describe the issue you have encountered?
This needs to be tested on the project provided by the client at their workspace. It was strange since all shots materials were black. Only exception was previously published shot (only one failing actually in ). It seems like the source data for plate generation is having some unexpected time shifts.

Notice that the publishing went ok with no error. But black frames were published only.
