docs: Take some basic benchmarks

This tool focuses on local development (not on analysing and getting insights from production level signals).
I think that otel-tui is one of the best choice for this purpose. To clarify this, it might be good to take some basic benchmarks.

At this point, I think it's enough to compare the amount of resource consumption in a certain period of time 🤔.
(opentelemetry-demo is a suitable test signal generator)
