Bot tries to use all balance, only buys, never sells

I have a fresh install of trader.
I was using it efficiently when it runs with python 2.x

Bot tries to use all available balance, one command opens orders multiple times until balance is insufficient.

It never cancels buy order is not filled. When it buys never show message, and never tries to sell.
Only trying to re-buy. It may be due to rounding profits or prices.

What can I do to run this bot properly again?

hi, i'm working on this bot, and it's very primal and simple. if you know python or programming middle level, you can continue on this bot or choose another python binance bots.

on this bot, many codes was issue. many cause in it.

if you dont know programming middle level, dont care about trading bots. you will better profit in manual trading.
