Aggregate error causes the app to stop listening for new message events

error: [polling_error] {"code":"EFATAL","message":"EFATAL: AggregateError"}
error: [polling_error] {"code":"EFATAL","message":"EFATAL: Error: read ETIMEDOUT"}

Can someone help me?
