my $mcpan = MetaCPAN::API->new;
my $module = $mcpan->release( search => { module => 'MetaCPAN::API' } );

gives me

Failed to fetch 'http://api.metacpan.org/v0/release/_search?module=MetaCPAN%3A%3AAPI': Internal Server Error at C:/strawberry_5_16_2_1/p
te/lib/MetaCPAN/API/Release.pm line 42.
