Haxe.org
Haxe can build cross-platform applications targeting JavaScript, C++, C#, Java, JVM, Python, Lua, PHP, Flash, and allows access to each platform's native capabilities. Haxe has its own VMs (HashLink and NekoVM) but can also run in interpreted mode.
Haxe is open source

Haxe is a cross-compiler, not a UI solution.

It seems it needs to partner with something like wxWidgets, NW.js, or Electron to work for desktop. All of which already have write-ups on XPDA.net.

I'm not really sure how it fits in with the other tools. Reminds me of Quasar which has to be partnered with Electron or Tauri.
