Error: API client error: endpoint: get_inbox_ids, source: status: Unknown, message: "transport error", details: [], metadata: MetadataMap { headers: {} }

Error on datadog showing

ERROR: invalid hexadecimal digit: "x" (SQLSTATE 22023)
