I need to know how to install API_Phonon package. Trying to install with the following command:

pip install git+https://github.com/xinqian-mit/API_Phonons.git#egg=API_Phonons

produces the error:

ERROR: API_Phonons from git+https://github.com/xinqian-mit/API_Phonons.git#egg=API_Phonons does not appear to be a Python project: neither 'setup.py' nor 'pyproject.toml' found.
