Single variant analysis cannot return the effects and SE when setting use_SPA=TRUE

Hi Dr. Xihao,

When I performed single variant analysis and set parameter use_SPA=TRUE, I found that I cannot obtain the BETA and SE calculated by score test. I also checked the source code Individual_Analysis.R. In line 283-285, results_temp only returned the columns from CHR to pvalue. Is there any special consideration?
