Hey @xiaolin yes, this is still an issue. To test it (if you are on a Mac) type cmd + f5 to run the VoiceOver utility. |

I was looking for an accessible react image gallery, but this component puts aria-live on the entire gallery navigation.
Which makes it not accessible friendly. It reads the entire list of buttons every time you navigation through a images.
Is there a way to remove aria-live on the parent element? It is preventing me from using this component.
I was expecting it to read the button label on focus, and then announce " Slide 1 of 10 " when I select the image.
But this is not meeting my needs for accessibility.
