I have an MSI MPG 321URX and am using v1.16.6 of Twinkle Tray. As stated in the title, I can see my monitor in the app, and I can slide the slider, but it does not actually have any effect on the screen's brightness. It does show whatever brightness value I have selected in the app's "monitor settings", but this does not correspond to any real world change. Is it possible that software like Nvidia Control Panel is overriding the changes I select in Twinkle Tray?

You probably have HDR on, since you have an OLED, right? Take a look at this discussion, it might help you. :)
