[Bug] Missing power button in tray menu

• Power button does not show in task menu on a monitor for which the VCP code 0xD6 was added.
• Adding a hotkey to power on or off the monitor does work.

Thanks. It's now there and it works. 👍

Overlooked functionalities, if you plan on implementing:

1. The text stays as 'power off' and does not change to 'power on'. see video below

2. VCP code 0xD6 does not show up as custom features. I am able to delete if from the config file
