When monitor turns off and on, contrast does not reset

When the monitor turns off (such as when your computer turns it off due to inactivity), when you turn it back on, brightness is OK. However constrast goes to 100% and does not reset back down to where I had it set in Twinkle.

I believe that every time TT resets the brightness, it should certainly reset the contrast, at least if the option is set.

If I set the contrast to 5 and the monitor turns off and on again, the TT still shows 5, but that's not true. When I set it to 5, the contrast drops drastically. In my opinion, after turning on the monitor, the contrast is set to 50, but the TT doesn't refresh it.

After turning on the monitor, the brightness is also at 50 for a moment, but the TT quickly changes it to the previously set one.

It should be the same with the contrast.

The monitor is AOC Agon Q27G4XN, Windows 10

I know that I can link Contrast and Brightness but it is not an ideal solution.
