Setter incorrectly changes property value (color) from a dynamic resource
This error may affect all Triggers and VisualStateManager
Maybe same - #7068

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run a sample
2. Click on button

Expected Behavior

Changing the color

Actual Behavior

The color does not change

Basic Information

• Version with issue: Last
• Last known good version: No
