Bug Description:
xCore's delegated cold staking interface is not showing up on the UI.
Important information - The wallet has never made a single regular transaction on the x42 network, it is a new wallet with only delegated balance added to it.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Go to Delegated Staking
  2. Have a positive balance delegated to your wallet
  3. Click on 'Client', 'Dashboard'
  4. See error
