Bug Description: Payment ID failure was show when using two different wallet files inside the same xCore client on testnet.
Steps to reproduce the bug: Here is the full text (buta)
'hmm... i created 2 paiements (1 legacy 1 segwit) with account 1, and copied the payments IDs.
i disconnected account 1 then connected myself to account 2 to send the 2 payments.
ctrl + v the payments ID: both ID returned "Pricelock not found" I wonder if there isn't a bug somewhere. i put 60 minutes pricelock, so it was ok...'

Expected Behavior: Price locks are expected to be saved to the network in all circumstances.
This bug was found by buta on discord beta.
