The ASCT+B associates cell type with two types of biomarkers--genes and proteins. However, the HRA ETL that extracts ASCT+B information from the CCF.OWL currently only returns associations between cell types and genes.
Proposed solution
Enhance the HRA ETL to obtain cell type - protein associations.
Dependencies
I'm not sure whether the CCF.OWL actually has the cell type-protein associations. They are available in the ASCT+B itself, though.
This will likely require an enhancement to the HRA ETL, a custom python/SPARQL application.

CC'ing @johardi . We can discuss at tomorrow's meeting. What do you think about the possibility of adding the rest of the Bx (gene, protein, metabolite, etc) to the CCF.OWL (and eventually HRA v2.0)?
