It can be used to process some unpopular files with non-standard encoding, such as files using sjis-2004 instead of cp932 (although there are only some minor differences).

I don’t know if such an interface can be added to the existing framework.

Currently, custom encoding is not supported. I will consider supporting similar capabilities in the future, but it is expected to be difficult to implement.
