The idea is to automatically save a gitsession if:

  • the current working directory is a code repo (e.g. .git or .hg is present)
  • no current session exists

This feature allows users to automatically start a session if they're in
a git project and a session has already loaded, controlled via the
`gitsessions_auto_create` option.

This closes #22.
