SCIM1.1 claim mapping section doesn't contain proper instructions

Description:
Claim mapping section in https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/develop/extensible-scim-user-schemas-with-wso2-identity-server/#claims-mapping doesn't contain proper instructions. In the description, it links to https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/learn/configuring-active-directory-user-stores-for-scim-1.1-based-inbound-provisioning/ for more information about claim mappings, but it doesn't contain exactly what need to do.

Claims Mapping
Log into the Identity Server and do the claim mapping for the following claim URIs (see here for more information on how to do claim mappings).

Suggested change:
Add steps to map an external claim to the local claim as mentioned in https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/develop/extending-scim2-user-schemas/#map-the-custom-claim.

Instruction would be,
Navigate to Main Menu->Claims->Add->Add External Claim and do the mapping. The following is a sample.

Dialect URI: urn:scim:schemas:core:1.0
External Claim URI: urn:scim:schemas:extension:wso2:1.0:wso2Extension.department
Mapped Local Claim: http://wso2.org/claims/department
