Should prevent access to the file /wp-content/wp-rocket-config/example.com.php?

Hi All,

I am seeking guidance regarding the security of the "/wp-content/wp-rocket-config/example.com.php" file. The only reference I have found is located at https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/705-changing-domains-migrating-sites-with-wp-rocket#:~:text=Remove%20old%20files-,/wp%2Dcontent/wp%2Drocket%2Dconfig,-There%20should%20only. However, I have not found any information on preventing public access to this file.
My concern lies particularly with the parameters $rocket_cookie_hash and $rocket_secret_cache_key. What actions could an attacker take with the values of these parameters?
