I think that is a bit of an overkill, a DNS would be enough to bypass most ISP/Government restrictions.
If a DNS is not enough, then that would mean you are either in China or in North Korea (or Russia nowadays)

@venkat2305 have you tried changing your DNS server?
I'd suggest AdGuard DNS

Adguard:
DNS1: 94.140.14.14
DNS2: 94.140.15.15

Google:
DNS1: 8.8.8.8
DNS2: 8.8.4.4

Cloudflare:
DNS1: 1.1.1.1
DNS2: 1.0.0.1

It's my college network. It's heavily restricted. Even whatsapp is blocked. Imagine what's on going on in their heads.

Changing dns is also not possible. It refuse to connect to the DNS servers. Trust me I have tried everything.

Although I don't trust it, you could try hola vpn, it is a browser extension and from my experience nobody blocks it

On the plus side for 15$/ year I'm getting 1gbps connection with lan and 200mbps with wifi.
