tracking usage of the dashboard

have a clear output and a clear understanding of how this is being measured.

our goal is to create automatic report with metrics over time (day, week, month, etc) including visits, downloads, etc.

for now, this can be an “internal code” but later we can think about having it is a feature of the deashboard accessible only to CLIAR team.
