[Performance] WCGatewayModule very slow. (2309)

WCGatewayModule is degrating performance of entire site for every request.
My guest is that Dhii\Container package is causing the issue.

This problem is not only for WCGatewayModule but for every other submodule.

Hi @fitimvata, thanks for your feedback and contribution. The currently utilized modular system in PayPal Payments (Dhii) has some limitations that can result in degraded performance. However, the PR #1759 does not directly address the issue of degraded performance, though it will be considered in the future.
This modularity system will be replaced in #1860, bringing various improvements, especially regarding performance. We will leave this issue open until the linked PR was merged.
