As talked about in DMs with woelper. Also mentioned at #516. Thumbnails should have a seperate scaling ability in the file manager but also be affected by the global scale (120w default becomes 240w at 2x and can be scaled with ctrl + scroll up / down or + / -).

I've looked at a generic UI scale option, but it is blocked by Nazariglez/notan#338.
