Tab item labels visually bug out if not all labels are the same height #3383

Describe the Bug
The tab label height bugs out (if the height of certain labels is more than others) and has an extra bar at the bottom of the label text, alongside the label being moved to the top of the div box where the tab labels are.
That was probably a bad explanation so you can probably visualise the issue better using the minimal reproducible example below.
(The other pages were still there because I didn't want to go through the effort of deleting them)
