Hey @AbdulMalikDev, thanks for using Wiredash 😃 Sorry for not replying earlier on Twitter, the last two days have been very busy for us and last thing we did was to check social media 🙈 Thank you for your detailed feature request, this is actually something we're currently working on 🙂 We'll integrate something very similar directly within the SDK, so no additional work will be required from your side. You'll be able to respond and manage internal comments directly from the Wiredash console 🐣 We'll keep this issue open to track the progress and notify you when it's live. @flschweiger thanks for the reply. Is it possible to give me an approximate timeline of this feature? 😅. The users are getting a bit restless. |
Currently we can't give you a fixed date for this but we guess this will be available at the end of January / beginning of February 2021 🙂 For now you can use our updated email notifications which already include a pre-filled reply-to field if the user did fill in his email address. Hi @AbdulMalikDev, we're currently working on a few big features requested by our customers and we'll release something big in the upcoming days. However, this is still a feature which we'll be implementing soon'ish 🙂 |

Flutter Dev using Wiredash for a production app with 5,000+ users here.
Great work Wiredash team !! But there's one major drawback i am facing.
I'm not able to reply to user feedback, i tried reaching out to you guys on twitter and mail but got no response.
It's simple, most users just dont check their email, and when i reply to them on their email (sent with the feedback) they hardly ever see it and give a 1 star review, defeating the whole purpose of a feedback feature.
If there would be an option to reply to the feedback, and the user getting notified of that reply in the app, that would be amazing.
im not sure how you guys would apply that, maybe give us an API endpoint to fetch responses from the admin in the app?
