这个功能是希望可以在插入中快速创建笔记。方便做名词解释的卡片

Describe the solution you'd like

1. 创建位置：设置一个单独的分类作为存储位置？或者是在笔记的当前条目，类似创建注释笔记
2. 可以选中笔记中的一个词，使用 右键->插入->创建卡片 进行快速创建
3. 快速创建时把 选中词 作为H1标题嵌入到开头（支持模板）---
