You have broken relative links in the README.md.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to marketplace
  2. Click on 'Theming here' link, it points to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/docs/theming.md

Additional context
This is the README.md problem
