Requests often time out

I'm not sure why, but in the logs from lambda there are pretty frequently time outs. I think this is because the citibike api might time out.

A potential solution here could be to cache the citibike api response every minute or so, but I'm not sure. It also could just be some bad logic on the searching logic. In testing, it only seems to take long questionable phrases.
