Reliably switch between g2/g3 instance types [$50] #89

Be able to switch between g2 and g3 instances
Must clear previous graphics driver and software
Must install latest driver and set mode

It tentatively works in Configure-Graphics.ps1 and Enable-Graphics.ps1, but it looks like the uninstall and install of new software doesn't work that well.

There is a $50 open bounty on this issue. Add to the bounty at Bountysource.
