script for preprocessing the normal images

Can you please provide a preprocessing script that could convert normal (.png/.jpeg) image to the desired image format (binary) and size and other things etc.

Hi, I am sorry that I do not have this script. As my experiments are all done on CROHME2014, I have not considered these problems. I think the picture you used is small. You can see the pictures in CROHME2014 and try to enlarge your picture.
