同時変換時に変換失敗を認識できるようにする #319

現在は「変換失敗フラグ」で管理しているが、これだと変換失敗or変換中断を認識する必要がある。
同時変換実装後、同時変換の方が失敗or中断を認識できなくなっているため、このフラグが機能していない。

変換失敗フラグの設定を変換側に持たせるか、未変換フラグに変更するかの２択

modified タグを消すのをDL終了時ではなくて変換終了時にする
変換終了が失敗したら mod タグは消さない
しかし、更新成功には見えるはずだから、変換はされないのが困るので、
変換途中フラグを立てておく？
