Guidance for "redirect-from" configuration for accented files/URLs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
URLs with accented characters can be difficult to type for users that don't have French keyboards configured. Allowing the unaccented versions of the URLs or vice-versa as the canonical URL would be good.

https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll-redirect-from is a plug-in that can already be used by GitHub pages, but may not have an advanced regex rewrite to make this automagic. Guidance could be added around how to configure the frontmatter to site config to do these redirects
