Describe the bug

Should replace the Twitter icon to use the current X icon

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Go to any canada.ca page
Click on 'Share this page' button at the bottom of the page
See old Twitter icon on the modal

old icon is showing in panel

Expected behaviour

New X icon is displayed
