Enable paper trail association tracking only for certain modules.

Currently, I have enabled the following -

PaperTrail.config.track_associations = true.

But this would track all models and associations and add to the versions_associations table. I was wondering if there is a way to enable this only for certain models and associations.

At this time this is not implemented. PR's will be accepted.

Personally I recommend to roll your own solution using the code from my new, not yet released gem: https://github.com/westonganger/active_snapshot
