Which lists are collapsed is affecting all users instead of just the user who needs to adjust their own view

The new collapsible list feature is awesome but if a list is collapsed it then collapses for all users.

I believe this should be the same kind of thing as list width, swimlane height, etc. where these are per user as one user may not need to have a list expended for their workflow but another users depends on that list.

Can this please be updated so that the collapsed status is per user and not global to all users on the system?
