How do you think about RESTFUL API in python-wechaty ?

RESTFUL API is simple to implemented but most common used and powerful. I have created an issue to describe it #269. So I want to discuss with you about the following problem:

• Do you need RESTFUL API in python-wechaty?
• What kind of functions do you develop based on RESTFUL API?
• How do you think about this feature ?

When I need to send a message, I want to use the RESTFUL API in python-wechaty (for example: send an alert message when my process is killed in the server.

Restful API has been done in the latest wechaty, all of you should do is to install the latest package: pip install --upgrade wechaty.
