Process resources inside html/css code of playground
Download resources
Replace links to relative links

Non-goals:

Process resources inside js code

Possible impls:

Process text context as html/css, and redo prism highlight like this
Process text context as html/css, and replace links in html before and after, maybe faster, but less stable
