Certify Management Hub - Refresh of browser gets error 404

With the beta version 7.0.8.0 Certify The Web management hub.

For example HOSTNAME:8080/ui/certificates/add, when I refresh the web browser (f5/refresh button), I get the following error:

This HOSTNAME page can’t be found
No webpage was found for the web address: http://HOSTNAME:8080/ui/certificates/add

To resolve, you must remove everything after the port (8080 in my example) in the address bar.

This is done with brave browser (chromium based), but also consistent with firefox.

This is consistent in that it does not allow you to go directly to those pages, it is not just due to refresh, but using that as the example in this case.
