Suggestion: Emphasize changed data points on /builds tab

How about emphasize the data points that changed between builds on the /builds tab? This can visually call out differences to the human eye.

• Maybe red for things that are "worse" and green for things that are "better"?
  • And also bold the text to draw attention.
• Or, maybe a diff with the old value crossed out and the new value displayed next to it.
• Or, just bold the text on any differences and make sure the text doesn't clash with titles or other similarly colored/styled text.
